James joined the team in 2016 bringing with him a diverse background outside of the insurance Industry.  James’s roots are in rural Australia where he grew up and on leaving school spent some years working.  He then decided to change direction and once completing a course in IT spent over 15 years in both private and public-sector roles specialising in risk management of IT systems.

Through this diverse background James brings a unique perspective to risk management for our clients with the ability to see things from different angles whilst designing strategies to meet client’s needs.

I worked in this business from 2006-2013 as Personal Assistant to Julie Ford, and then returned again in 2019. I have over 14 years of experience in the Financial Planning and General Insurance industry.  Since returning I have completed my Tier 2 in General Insurance,  and am now in the process of completing a Diploma of Insurance Broking.

I really enjoy my interactions with our clients and learning about them and their businesses.

In my free time, I enjoy being involved with my children and their sport.
